What to Expect

Patient Lobby:

While waiting for your appointment you can enjoy a complementary gourmet coffee, tea orcocoa. On designated days we also offer professional massage from a licensed massage therapist to help you relax (call for details).

Initial Examination:

A complete medical history and thorough dental examination will be done on your first visit. X-rays and digital photos may also be taken at this time. Treatment will be recommended based upon the results of your examination. An estimate of services, fees, and time involved will be prepared and discussed with you at the earliest opportunity. If your first visit is an emergency, we will make every effort to help ease the problem that day.

All office visits are scheduled by appointment as this time reserved especially for you. We always make a sincere effort to be on time and ask the same of you. If you cannot keep an appointment, please notify us within 48 hours so there will be no charge to you. This allows us the time for another patient who may be in as great a need of treatment as you. Your appointment means you are scheduled not only with the dentist but with his staff as well. We count on your understanding and cooperation in this matter and value your business!

At Moore Smiles we don’t want anything to stand in the way between you and your health. For that reason we offer convenient payment options. We accept Cash and Personal Checks, as well as Visa,  MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

We also have interest free payment plans and extended payment plans up to five years with Care Credit
